Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is damage to your package please email a photo of the damage along with your order number. We can only assist you if you provide both of these items. In the case of a damaged order, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges on any items.
Follow along at your own pace (pause, rewind and stop anytime) with our amazing instructors to craft your masterpiece. Tutorials for each drink typically take up to 10 minutes to complete (including pausing to execute the steps). Don't worry our instuctor will guide you through each step.
